Implementasi Gerakan #MeToo dalam Upaya Mengurangi Kekerasan dan Pelecehan Seksual terhadap Perempuan di Indonesia

Sexual violence and harassment against women in Indonesia continue to show an alarming upward trend, with the number of reported cases increasing each year. This study aims to examine the implementation of the #MeToo movement in addressing sexual violence and harassment against women in Indonesia. The focus of the research lies in integrating contemporary social movements with a transformative Christian faith perspective, using a combined approach of social analysis and biblical reflection. The findings reveal that the implementation of the #MeToo movement in Indonesia is not only socially relevant by raising public awareness and influencing policy reform but also aligns with biblical values of justice, which emphasize defending the oppressed and restoring the dignity of women as God’s creation.

Artikel ini menelaah peran pembelajaran berbasis Alkitab dalam Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) sebagai sarana pembentukan karakter dan moralitas siswa. Alkitab ditempatkan sebagai dasar utama kurikulum yang menanamkan nilai kasih, kejujuran, kebaikan hati, dan ketekunan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan mengkaji jurnal ilmiah, buku, media daring, serta refleksi dari praktik pendidikan Kristen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PAK tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek kognitif, tetapi juga mengarah pada pembentukan spiritualitas dewasa. PAK berperan ganda: sebagai wahana intelektual sekaligus sarana transformasi hidup yang menuntun siswa menjadi pribadi beriman, bermoral, dan relevan menghadapi tantangan zaman.

Human resource development is a current focus to address the growing global challenges. In the context of education, human resource development is implemented through the implementation of appropriate teaching. This paper proposes a human resource development approach in Toraja using an educational approach based on the management of Jesus Christ. Using a qualitative descriptive method, it was found that improving the quality of education based on the management of Jesus Christ, namely time management, student management, and teaching management, can improve human resource development in Toraja.

This study examines Psalm 136 within its historical, canonical, and liturgical contexts, emphasizing the underexplored role of doxology as a post-exilic response. The findings reveal that the 26fold repetition of the phrase “His steadfast love endures forever” is not merely a poetic device, but a pedagogical, liturgical, and theological instrument binding Israel’s collective memory. This repetitive pattern functions as a litany of trauma healing, a means of communal strengthening, and a theological affirmation of God’s ḥesed. Structural analysis highlights the role of parallelism, double stichothetic patterns, and the interplay of hemistich and refrain as mnemonic tools in ancient liturgy. Psalm 136 stands out among the Hallel Psalms for its responsive nature, and its influence can be traced in Pauline doxologies (e.g., Ephesians 3:20–21), which adopt the repetitive pattern as a Christological affirmation. This study provides theoretical implications for the development of liturgical hermeneutics and biblical theology, and practical implications for revitalizing repetitive doxologies in contemporary worship, particularly for addressing spiritual trauma and strengthening communal faith identity.

The national football federation (PSSI) has recently adopted a policy of naturalising foreign players as a strategic move to strengthen the national team in the face of limited local talent and the low quality of domestic competition. This policy has become a phenomenon that has sparked various discussions, from political, social, and theological perspectives. Through descriptive qualitative methods with literature studies and interviews with five Christian ethicists, this study found that naturalisation is viewed positively when carried out within the framework of love and justice and understood as a means of God's blessing. These values find their theological basis in the story of Ruth, which shows that accepting foreigners can contribute to the faith community. Thus, the naturalisation of football players is not only a legal and sporting strategy issue, but also has important ethical and theological dimensions in nation building.
